Walk Streets, Oakwood and the alleys behind them
- The Walk Streets. These homes have alley access only, so the van stops in the alley. Tell us which alley it is, and whether the back of the house is the place to start.
- Oakwood. Small lots leave little room, so say whether we should come in from the front or the alley. In a small building with a few units, tell us which unit is yours.
- Tight or tandem garages. If your garage opens onto the alley, tell us where the van can sit without blocking you or your neighbor.
- Venice Boulevard and Lincoln Boulevard. We plan around the traffic on these two. If it puts us behind, we let you know by phone in time to choose another window.
- Near Ocean Front Walk and Venice Beach. The streets by the sand can fill up on a warm weekend. If you live close by and want a weekend visit, ask for a morning window.
- A small building of your own. One contact covers every unit, and your tenant gets the same window and the same text.
