What if my car is parked in the long driveway?
That is fine. Tell us when you book, and the van stays on the street. If our handyman has to carry tools a long way up the driveway, that is ours to plan for.
My landlord is paying. Who gets the text?
You do. A tenant gets the same two-hour window and on-the-way text, and your landlord gets the written price and the invoice.
Do I have to stay in for the whole two hours?
Someone needs to be there to open the door. The on-the-way text tells you when our handyman has set off, so if you are close by, you can head back then.
If Mission Road or Main Street makes us late
- You hear it from us. If Mission Road or Main Street is slow or the visit before yours runs long, you get a call before the window closes.
- You can move the visit. If the later time does not suit you, say so on that call, and we book a window that does.
